Danielle Sherrod is an attorney with Rastegar Law Group practicing employment law, representing plaintiffs in litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage & hour class actions. In over 20 years of experience, Ms. Sherrod has represented clients in a variety of industries including Fortune 500 companies, media and technology startups and government agencies. Her experience includes a diverse array of corporate transactions and litigation matters.

Ms. Sherrod earned her Juris Doctorate in 2002 from Stanford Law School, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment and Media Law from UCLA School of Law in 2007, a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree (Phi Beta Kappa with honors) from Harvard University. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
